This doesn’t seem good at all and I’m curious about the reason behind it. It also raises a lot of questions. What about pubs who don’t have any nommers? Why would I bother submitting to one if I feel my story is boost worthy? What if there aren’t any boost worthy stories submitted to a nommer’s pub in a given month?
