Thanks for the mention, Kerry! For a long time I used to ride that teeter-totter too. I spent way too much time getting worked up by lackluster claps but I no longer do. My focus has shifted to crafting good stories and engaging with writers and in doing so, I no longer find myself going up and down. I get where you're at though. I've been there too so I completely understand!
