The hard part too was that I had a difficult time talking to people other than my close friends about the reality of my marriage. I felt bad painting him in a bad light. Crazy, I know. That's part of why I write in a pen name. I don't want his name to be smeared across the internet. But the people who know me well know what it was like and that's what matters most to me.
