Oof. This piece resonates so strongly with me. I started a new job shortly after going through a difficult divorce. No one there knows the struggle I went through and what I still partially carry around with me. And it makes me wonder what I’ve missed from my coworkers lives. Conversations need to happen for this stuff to begin leaking out.
