I understand your reservations, Bill and I understand his PO's concern too. I'm not sure why he took the photos other than the reason all of us take photos--to help hold onto the memory of a fun event with people we love. I don't want to go too far into the details of how they were discovered but his computer is monitored and an email conversation there triggered a search of his phone. The photos were from an outdoor event were there. He could have deleted them but decided to be honest and explain the situation.
