I felt a lot of this. I jump in with great optimism. I’m in a good place emotionally. I’m confident. Then I get continually disappointed with the slog of dating. Lately I seem to meet someone promising. We chat and then before we find a time to meet they tell they found someone else or they’re going back to their ex girlfriend. My timing is off I guess? Anyway, I hear you on this one!!
