Holy cow, YES! I so agree. I was a Tigger married to an Eeyore so I get this. I couldn’t Susie Sunshine him enough to see any kind of uptick in his gloominess. I left the marriage and now have Eeyore moments myself. This makes me pause and see I still have work to do on myself which I suppose is a lifelong process. But at times it is certainly exhausting.
