Hi Evan! From my experience, I mostly agree with what you say here. I process things with others or on paper while the men in my life seem to do it internally. I will say though, that I think both men and women want to be left alone. Encourage me to grow, challenge my thinking but let me do it at my own pace. Let me be me.
