Will Hull and Roo Benjamin’s lists pulled me into this one
I love prompts and tags, but I don’t always get around to responding to them. But after reading Will Hull and Roo Benjamin’s 10 Things, I got pulled in by their lists and decided to chime in with my own.
As I said in a response to Roo’s list of 10, it’s interesting how you think you know someone fairly well through their writing here on Medium but there’s always more to learn.
More layers to peel back. More stories to tell.
Without further ado, here are 10 things you may not know about me.
1. Like Will Hull, I’m afraid of heights.
Forget the edge of a cliff — you know those glass railings at the mall? Yikes. I can’t get anywhere near them. My heartbeat quickens. The robot voice from Lost in Space creeps into my head with a booming warning, “DANGER WILL ROBINSON! DANGER!”
Yeah, it’s that bad.
2. I’m a tea snob.
I don’t drink coffee, but I love tea and have become a bit of a snob about it. I buy loose leaf tea from a specialty store near me. I keep a close eye on the temp of the water and on the brewing time…
